After Fozia left the house, Azar and the rest of the family begin to fall apart when they realize how much Fozia had been handling on her own around the house. But Azar’s ego still does not let him accept his mistake. And that is where the younger siblings save the day once again!

Mona and Asim decide to take matters into their own hands and try to convince Azar to get Fozia back. When he still stubbornly refuses, Asim and Faria go to Fozia and tell her Azar is calling her back home. Even though she knows it is a lie, Fozia still comes back.

After seeing her, Azar puts his ego aside and finally apologizes for the way he treated her and the two finally reconcile. This week’s episode was definitely a game-changer for the drama and all the characters. For one, now that Azar and Fozia are finally on the same page, things will be different around the house for the better. But the way Aima reacted at the end of the episode does not bode well at all and she is sure to instigate some conflict between the two.

Moreover, the two characters we love the most Mona and Asim do not seem to have much hope for their own lives as Aima’s staunch attitude proved. But until now, Kam Zarf has us excited for every other episode it brings and has not faltered even once. It definitely does have a typical family drama story but sometimes, the simpler the better.

In this week’s episode, Haris finds himself cornered by Paras when she demands that he get married to her as well so they won’t have to meet in secret. And as always, Osama is there to save Haris from his own mistakes when he calls Paras’ bluff.

The conversation between Paras and Osama is specially revealing of Haris’ nature, where he is unwilling to take responsibility for his own actions. Warda finds out Osama was in love with someone without knowing it is actually her, and tries to encourage Osama to seek her out ironically. The relationship between Haris and Warda also improves slightly before falling apart once again, and the episode ends when Paras tells Osama she is going to meet Warda and tell her everything, so Warda and Haris will definitely be facing some problems in the future.

Haris and Paras are two characters that are not just bland but also infuriating, which really affects the drama as a whole. It is also the fact that they are largely empty characters and have no development whatsoever. Hopefully, as the story progresses these characters also show some depth and dimension.

Verdict

Of these, Kam Zarf is by far our favorite of the week! Especially with this week’s episode, Kam Zarf has proven itself to be a steady contender and its plot’s strength. Nadia Khan does a fantastic job as the villain and really has the viewers’ blood pumping, while Rabab Hashim and Junaid Khan have definitely proven themselves as excellent actors!

Meray Humdam does deserve due credit as it has a much more unique story and equally talented cast members, but when compared with each other Kam Zarf is more entertaining and fun to watch.
