The entire episode revolved around the wedding festivity. The couple looked absolutely stunning. The most fun character of the episode was without doubt Jiya, as she managed to fake cry her way into getting Arsal to apologize and get her way. This was probably one of the best and entertaining fights between the two so far.
However later she ends up crying for real as Arsal and the rest of the family pays no heed to her university acceptance news.
Shahana has been given some blunt but fun dialogues that keep the episode crisp and fun. The pace of the story is slow however the small moments are entertaining and sweet. There is never a dull moment in the episode and every character has been tactfully placed in the episode to play their part.
The best scene of the episode was a tie between the parlor scene and the family meeting when Arsal is asked what he did to Jiya. It is adorable how his parent always side with Jiya and Jiya’s parents side with Arsal.
The timing of every scene, the way every character is involved and the amount of screen space allotted to them is something commendable on the part of the director. None of the scene seem forced or dragged and the episodes flows naturally.
Now that the Walima is over it will be interesting to see what happens next. Besides the London issue we do hope the drama has some other story line as well other wise the drama will become a bit of a drag. Up until now Suno Chanda 2 has managed to maintain the quality and comedy we hope to see it remain consistent throughout the month.
