Sony’s Spider-Man: Far From Home is releasing in North America today whereas the film will be opening in all the major overseas markets on Friday. The film is going to be the last film of Phase 3 of Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is said to be the start of “Life After Avengers”.
Spider-Man: Far From Home is looking to take a gigantic start at domestic market but at the same time Tom Holland starrer is getting great reviews from critics. Currently, Spider-Man: Far From Home’s tomatometer on Rotten Tomatoes stands at startling 93% which is the best till date for any Spider-Man movie.
The first Spider-Man which featured Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker released back in 2002 had a 90% score on Rotten Tomatoes whereas second part had 93% ratings on the critics rating measurement site. The third part of the series released in 2007 dipped at the rating chart. Sony returned in 2012 with Amazing Spider-Man but results weren’t encouraging as Andrew Garfield rendition of Spider Man could gather only 72% ratings whereas second part got mere 52% score.
Then Tom Holland was brought as the new Spider-Man in 2017. His character was introduced Marvel Avengers. Tony Stark was shown his as his mentor. The chemistry clicked big time as the film got a thumping score of 92%. And now two years later, Far From Home has gotten best rating till date for any Spider-Man movie on Rotten Tomatoes.
