Mikaal Zulfiqar and Armeena Khan starrer SherDil has been cleared for release by Censor boards in Pakistan. Film has been cleared by Punjab and Sindh Censor boards whereas CBFC will review it tomorrow. Based on the life of a PAF pilot Mikaal Zulfiqar, film is slated to release all over Pakistan on 22nd March.
Advance of the film is already open at all the major multiplexes across Pakistan and approved run time of the film is 2 hours and 27 minutes. Film also stars Hassan Niazi in vital role who portrays the character of Indian pilot Flt/Lt Arun Veerani.
Film is easily first major Pakistani release of the year. Produced by Nauman Khan, film is directed Azfar Jaffri. This is fourth film directorial venture of Azfar Jaffri after Siyaah, Janaan and Parchi. Azfar is also directing Heer Maan Ja which stars Ali Rehman Khan and Hareem Farooq and releases on Eid ul Azha this year.
