Where is Major Ram Prasad Sharma, when you need him?

Following PM Imran Khan’s peace gesture, captured IAF pilot Abhinandan was released recently. Indians have been rejoicing on the decision and so are Pakistanis who have been seeking peace from the very beginning. Amidst all of this, Indian superstar Shahrukh Khan took to twitter and tweeted the following.

He praised the pilot and welcomed him home.

In response, a Pakistani fan has reminded Shahrukh Khan of a dialogue from the famous film, “Main Hoon Na”. Main Hoon Na was also about aggravated tensions between India and Pakistan and the timing for this dialogue fits more now more than ever!

The dialogue was delivered by Shahrukh Khan who essayed the role of a major in the Indian army namely, Major Ram Prasad Sharma.

Coincidentally, Pakistan also releases captured Indians in the film after which Shahrukh Khan’s character says “Aaj barson main pehli baar Pakistan ne dosti ka haath barhaya hai, aaj hath peechay hatanay ka matlab aglay 70 saal ki dushmani”
