However Shahrukh fans are a in for a treat!Disney announced that Shah Rukh Khan will be lending the voice of King Mufasa in the Hindi dubbed version of upcoming blockbuster The Lion King. Disney’s much anticipated The Lion King will be hitting cinemas across Pakistan on 19th July.

The film is the live action version of 1994’s blockbuster animation The Lion King. The film will feature the voice of Shah Rukh Khan as Mufasa and his son Aryan Khan will dub for Simba. The dub version of The Lion King will be gracing Pakistani cinema screens along with original English version.

Lately, there has been a ban on Hindi films in Pakistan but with the release of The Lion King in dubbed version, Shah Rukh Khan fans will be able to go through the journey of The Lion King in the voice of King Khan at the cinemas across Pakistan.
