Pakistan film industry is going through a very crucial phase. This year so far 16 Pakistani films have made it to the silver screen. Last quarter of 2019 will make this count go over 20. But it looks like this year’s release count will be similar to 2018. With no Indian films at the cinemas, exhibitors need good volume of Pakistani releases.

In such respect, the leading distribution company of films in Pakistan i.e. IMGC has announced that it will be producing 5 movies which will be releasing next year i.e. 2020. One of these films will be a Punjabi film.

IMGC will also be distributing seven Pakistani films next year. Which would be a good influx of releases for next year as we already have many big films announced for 2020.

Recently, IMGC distributed Hareem Farooq and Ali Rehman Khan starrer Heer Maan Ja on Eid ul Azha. Also, IMGC distributed Neelam Munir and Sami Khan starrer Wrong No 2 on Eid ul Fitr. And now IMGC has announced 5 productions and 7 distributions for the next year.
