Ishq Zahe Naseeb maintains great pace throughout the episodes every week. The latest episode of Ishq Zahe Naseeb was very interesting. It explored the aftermath of Kashif and Gohar leaving their jobs. It is interesting how both have separated yet they both are facing the same faith in terms of careers. Both unemployed for their own reasons and engulfed in tensions.
While Gohar is being forced into an unwanted union, Kashif worries about his sister’s future. Sameeer and Donia both hold their egos dear yet both end up giving into the circumstances. It is interesting how all these characters are so different leading different lives yet have something or the other common.
Zarnish continues to impress us as Donia. We didn’t see Sameer’s split in this one but some flashbacks from his childhood. Sameer’s past is mysterious and painful. Though they have yet to show what happened to Shakira we fear it was something cruel.
The star cast has done an excellent job essaying their roles. Sami Khan as Kashif makes us feel sorry for him. His sincerity and hard work has reaped him no fruit and we hope to see some improvement in his state soon. Sonya Hussyn’s transition from a lively, fun loving Gohar to a more responsible compromising daughter is also translated well by the actress.
Zahid’s character comes with many shades and the actor manages to showcase them all too well. We look forward to seeing what he will do next.Yumna’s presence in the serial is limited but her character is very interesting and she has done justice to her role.
The way this episode ended we sense a change is coming in Gohar’s life and it will not be for the better. How will Gohar brave this storm will be interesting to see.
Director Farooq Rind continues to steer Hashim Nadeem’s story in the right direction with Ishq Zahe Naseeb. The narrative is spreading out and we look forward to seeing what surprises the drama holds for us every week.
