Yumna Zaidi revealed that her character is of a maid namely, Shakra. “My character is a little eerie on many levels. She is the one who influences Zahid’s character into becoming Sameera from Sameer whenever need be.”
“Sameer gets to spend most of the time with Shakra in his early childhood and is largely smitten by her beauty. Hence, ends up letting her rule a fairly large portion of his subconscious and aspires to be like her.” She further explained.

Talking about why she chose this role, she revealed, “Shakra is not one of a regular maids as you can see in the teasers; she is an enchantress in her own ways, yet meaningful and impactful enough for me to say yes to it.”
