This weekend will not see any major releases. The only new movie to hit the theaters is a low key Bollywood Punjabi film. However there are many being carried over from previous weeks offering viewers a huge variety to choose from!

We present to movies that are running in cinemas and can be a good choice for you to watch!

1.Uda Aida

The film may not have very familiar faces or star cast, the trailer surely looks fun. The film will be centered around a family hailing from a village with the dream of giving their son English Medium education. The events that take place during this transition are comically portrayed and looks like worth a shot if you are interested in such content. The run time of the film is 136 mins and it has been rated G.

The week that was….

1.Manikarnika:

The Kangana Ranut starrer period film is a biopic of Queen of Jhansi. The film was released last week and has taken off with a decent start at box office in Pakistan.This is a female-centric film, so if you are looking for some drama, history and a story about empowered women this is a good watch. The run time of the movie is 150 mins and it has been rated G ( suitable for all ages). Check out our movie review to find out more !

2. How to train Your Dragon: the hidden world

Dreamworks is back with the last installment of How to train your Dragon. If you looking to take your children out for some movie then this is definitely a good option. The film has taken off with a good start in terms of box office as well. The run time of the movie is 104 mins and it has been rated G( suitable for all ages).

3. Glass

If you are looking for a thriller to watch this movie is definitely a contender! The run time of the film is 129 mins and it has been rated G.

M. Night Shyamalan brings together the narratives of two of his standout originals Unbreakable and Split. Following the conclusion of Split, Glass finds Dunn(Samuel L Jackson) pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men. Joining the all-star cast are Unbreakable’s Spencer Treat Clark and Charlayne Woodard, who reprise their roles as Dunn’s son and Price’s mother, as well as Sarah Paulson.

4. Escape Room

Escape room is a drama/mystery movie that brings together a couple of strangers in an escape room that turns out to be extremely deadly. They must solve the puzzle to live or else die. If you are looking for some nail biting thriller this could be it! The run time of the film is 100 mins and it has been rated G.

Other than these one movie that has been doing excellent at the box office up until now is Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba. So if you haven’t catched it as yet go on ahead and check it out!
