This weekend an animated film is hitting the theaters. The film will be joining numerous movies carried over from previous weeks. Lets have a look at all the movies running in cinemas this weekend!

When teenage Yi (Chloe Bennet) encounters a young Yeti on the roof of her apartment building in Shanghai, she and her mischievous friends, Jin (Tenzing Norgay Trainor) and Peng (Albert Tsai), embark on an epic quest to reunite the magical creature with his family at the highest point on Earth. The film also stars Sarah Paulson. This seems like a heartening story that should be watched by children.So far with limited reviews the film has 79 % rotten tomatoes!

1.Rambo:Last Blood

Sylvester Stallone is back to reprise his role as Vietnam War veteran John Rambo. He’s also developed a special bond with a woman named Maria and her teenage granddaughter Gabriela. But when a vicious Mexican cartel kidnaps Gabriela, Rambo crosses the border on a bloody and personal quest to rescue her and punish those responsible. The film has not received that good reviews but if you are a fan of the franchise check it out.

2.Ad Astra

Brad Pitt is back as Roy Mcbride after his impactful performance in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. The film is a journey of an astronauts on self discovery while saving the world. The film is not an entertainer but a deep thoughtful expedition.

3.IT Chapter 2

The sequel of the psychological thriller IT is also in cinemas.Defeated by members of the Losers’ Club, the evil clown Pennywise returns 27 years later to terrorize the town of Derry, Maine. The childhood friends are now adults and have long since gone their separate ways. But when people start disappearing, Mike Hanlon calls the others home for one final stand. The film has not received exceptional response and has 63 % Rotten Tomatoes.

4.Eid Releases

The Eid releases, Superstar , Parey Hut Love and Heer Maan Ja are still running in cinemas.The three films have had a decent run so far . Other than these three pre-eid release Hobbs&Shaw is still running in cinemas as well. Post Eid release Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is also in cinemas so if you haven’t seen Quentin Tarantino’s latest be sure to check it out!
