1.Baaji

Saqib Malik’s directorial is bringing evergreen actress Meera back to the screens. The film revolves around three people chasing their dreams, an actress on the edge of being a has been, an aspiring director and a poor parlor worker who dreams big. The narrative will bring these three together. The film stars Amna Illyas and Osman Khalid Butt in pivotal roles.

2.Toy Story 4

The much loved animated series is back with its fourth and final installment.The movie was released in US last week, it has received massive appreciation and great reviews. Bonnie’s toys Woody and Buzz venture on an adventure to secure Bonnie latest toy forkie. Join them for one last adventure. This is the best choice for your children this weekend!

3.Annabelle Comes Home

Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren lock the possessed doll in the artifacts room in their house. But when the doll awakens the room’s evil spirits, it soon becomes an unholy night of terror for the couple’s 10-year-old daughter, her friends and their young baby sitter. This is your best choice if you have a liking for horror films.

4.Rocketman

Elton John biopic is releasing late in Pakistan. The film has been praised for
Taron Egerton ‘s portrayal of the legendary singer, as he portrays the highs, the lows and the scandalous. The film has not censored any aspect of Sir Elton John’s life and has given a true account of his life.

Kataksha

A Pakistani horror film Kataksha is the first ever psychological horror film. The film stars Saleem Miraj, Kiran Tabeer, Nimra Shahid, Kasim Khan and Mubeen Gabool. The film was written and directed by Abu Aleeha. The film has been termed as a good effort considering it was a low budget project which could have been better.

Wrong No 2

Yasir Nawaz is back with yet another comedy film starring Neelum Muneer, Sami Khan, Danish Nawaz, Ahmed Hasan, Javed Sheikh, Sana Fakhar and Mahmood Aslam.  The film has been met with mixed reviews where some suggesting it to be a good comedy and some being offended by the toilet humor. We suggest you go check it out yourself .

Chhalawa


This Rom-Com promises a fun filled content to its audience with festive music .However, Mehwish Hayat starrer hasn’t met expectations . Zara Noor Abbas on the other hand has been applauded for her performance. Chhalawa is said to be doing well up until interval after which it goes downhill. If you are in the mood for a Rom-Com then check it out.

Aladdin

The live action version of the Disney classic was released late in Pakistan for sake of Eid. Even so the film has managed to do well at the box office. In midst of so many films, Aladdin was given less shows, even then it managed to rake in decent numbers at the box office. In fact this film is in the lead during week days. The film however will leave you with a colorful cinematic experience with beautiful songs yet an unconvincing narrative. Do check it out if you were a fan growing up!
