This episode had a pleasant dose of love and romance in store for its audience. The characters Asma (Hina Altaf) and Shehryar (Azfar Rehman) share such an intense bond and today’s episode revolved around their chemistry. It had some light romantic scenes which were balanced by some emotional and sad scenes. An important twist in events takes place when Naureen (Saba Hameed) fixes Shehryar’s marriage with Nazia’s younger sister Sumbal but Shehryar is unaware of this. Meanwhile, Shehryar is leaving for America and is planning to call Asma there, as early as possible. Throughout the episode, we see that the situation is getting tougher for the love birds as Naureen is adamant about marring Sumbal with Shehryar, as she is unaware of Shehryar’s Nikkah with Asma.

Aatish is a love story based serial with a societal issue of class discrimination. Its story is nicely written by Shagufta Bhatti but has one major flaw, which is that the story is highly unrealistic. Asma is a maid whereas Shehryar is well off. There is a huge class difference that people normally do regard. Therefore it seems like a fairy-tale. Good Direction of the serial is one of the main reasons, why the drama is gaining and grasping audience’s interest. The scenes shot outdoors, on the beach are beautiful and refreshing. Hina Altaf looks gorgeous in the simple avatar of Asma.

With respect to the performances of the actors it can be said that this serial is lucky to have a good blend of talented cast. Each actor is playing his/her role with total grace. Hina Altaf and Azfar Rehman make a very good young couple who compliment each other well. Azfar is known for how well he portrays romantic heros. Phenomenal screen chemistry is also being displayed by Shehryar and his nani, their scenes are very touchy and showcase the warmth of this beautiful relationship, i.e the relationship between a grandson and a grandmother. Even the child  (Hadi) is also performing really up to the mark.

We are eager to know about what is going to happen in Asma’s and Shehryar’s life? What will Shehryar do to convince his family so that they accept Asma wholeheartedly? Will he continue to fight the battle or will he quit?

Aatish has all those ingredients that are needed to make the recipe of a serial successful.
