Deep fry them on high heat till golden brown.
3. Sweet Lukmy
This is more or less the same as the one above only the filling in this is sweet.

Butter/oil- 1/4th cup
Sooji- ½ cup
Sugar- ½ cup
Water- 1 Cup
Samosa roti- 20 rotis
Grinded cardamom- 2 pinches
Flour paste- 2 Tablespoons
Yellow food color if desired
Method:
Put butter/oil in a pan and add cardamom and stir for 1 minute and add sooji and fry till it changes color and turns light brown. Stir constantly. Meanwhile in another pan add one cup water and sugar and put it on heat to make the sheera. Cook till the sugar melts and then pour this in the fried sooji and stir. Leave it in low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Now place the samosa roti on one another making a plus sign and put the suji halwa in the middle and cover with by bringing two ends of the roti and sticking them with the paste. Make a square like before and deep fry or shallow fry till light brown or golden.
