This treadmill have been here a year and never really noticed this thread before. you can start on a plan to loose weight later this week. If you have the meals and everything down, It completely understand what to do there but may be the problem is the amount of exercise to incorporate into my daily routine. If you have weight loss goal about 85lbs. you must have access to exercise bike, treadmill and an ab crunching machine….which do I do when? And for only 2 to 3 weeks long you would see the exact result that you need.
The manual treadmill, exercise bike, stepper, all in excellent condition, all for 60 pound, buyer collects, no time wasters. It should be your home element if you want to live a healthy and happy life.
