The real world condition, circumstances, and atmosphere that the individual finds himself in; including the social institutions he is communicating with. Now the social level of people he is communicating with at the social institution. The character of the social institution itself, including its propensities, movement, and growth path; the movement and propensities of the society in general in which he and the social institutions contributes in are part of. All of these come into with as he takes his own abilities and social perceptions into this field of life. Together they determine the result of his ability to get in life.
Consider the effect of the character of a social institution, such as the employer that person works for, on the individual. If a person works for a company where the collective will of the company is very high, but where the role and the opinion of persons are quiet, he could be harshly limited in his ability to compete within that company to the degree he expresses his independence. Similarly, if the company puts its resources (knowledge, powder, privilege, money, and wealth) only in the hands of a small number of company related persons, and if he is not in the best, he will again be partial in his ability to achieve. The same is true if he is a beyond, unnoticed, ignored or weaker part of the company, his potential may be limited in his ability to get.
Thus, we can see that the character of the social institution has a sharp effect on his to gain. The social institution can harm or damage the individual through its level of origination, perceptions, values, knowledge and wealth, etc. Factors that is in fact alike to the factor that decides an individual’s capacities and character. In addition with, we can also observe the real fact that there is a hierarchy of affects. The social institution itself is exaggerated by the mores, attitudes, values, rules, procedures, and potential of the community and society in which it.
Achievement and progress is influenced then by the individual’s aspirations and capabilities, values, knowledge and character of the institutions, super institutions in which he tries to make progress.
