Russian Salad With Olive Oil


Russian Salad

Ingredients:

100 grams Beans

200grams Potatoes

100grams Carrots
200grams Green beans
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
100 grams Peas
100grams Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 spoonful Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Method:

Boil potatoes, Peas, Green beans, Beans, carrots. Then add the lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to the mayonnaise and blend it well. Now add  the sauce and olive oil  to the vegetables and mix delicately and  stir in. As soon as the vegetables are cool, put your salad into the refrigerator for at least halt to an hour before serving. Its ready. Checked Out !!!
