The Hollywood super stars, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban performed a great tribute to fellow Aussie, Simon Baker, during Australia Week’s G’Day USA 2010 black tie gala at the Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood, Calif. One of the most anticipated movies of the upcoming fall season 2010 is Australia, Baz Luhrmann’s epic mash note to his home country, which stars Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidmanas Outback lovers. Kidman, more than anyone, is likely hoping it’s a hit. Despite winning an Oscar for her performance in 2002′s The Hours, Kidman has become the most overpaid celebrity in Hollywood. According to the annual ranking of the most and least bankable actors in Hollywood, Kidman’s films earn a mere $1 for every dollar Kidman was paid, compared with $8 in 2007.The Invasion, a second remake of the 1956 classic Invasion of the Body Snatchers, actually lost $2.68 for every dollar Kidman earned.
