Mothers Day: A Tribute to The Greatest Women on Earth:It’s Mothers’ Day once again. No gift can ever repay the sweat, the tears, the pain that our mothers went through just to bring us into the world. Some kind words are in order on this day. To all the mothers of the world, you are the greatest of them all.
It’s the ninth of May, something great is being celebrated, you search your mind to find out what, you really want to know what the excitement is all about, you have forgotten the most important day in your life has everything to do with this day, well its mothers’ day once again and men and women all over the world have every reason to celebrate for were it not for that great woman some where someplace, none of us would have seen the light of day, nor the darkness of the night.
We owe it to our mothers for the breath we take in and out, we owe it to them for all the successes that we have gained, we owe it to them, for all the glory that awaits us, and for everything that we have achieved, we owe it to them, and to their wombs, for all the wonderful moments that we have shared. They fight for our happiness at the expense of their own. They want their sons and daughters to be happy, they may lie for us, cheat for us and steal for us in order to see us happy, they endure all the pain, they endure all the sorrow, they go through thick and thin, just to make us who we are.
What can compare with the unconditional love they have shown as over the ages, what can compare with the unquestionable defense they have put up for us? They have defended us even when they knew deep inside that we were in the wrong. Who can be just as great?
I can’t say the same of our fathers; I can’t say the same for the other half of parents who ensured we were brought into this world. Thumbs up for all the mothers in the world, thumbs up for the greatest women on the planet earth, were it not for your tears, were it not for your pain, were it not for your struggles, the world would have been the worst place to live.
Kudos once again mum, I have never known a woman as great as you are, I have never known a soul that can endure so much and yet remain afloat for the sake of your loving son, and I have never known a character so strong and willing to forsake her own happiness for the sake of her children.
You are the greatest of them all; you stand head and shoulders above the rest as we celebrate mothers’ day. You remain the best of all times and nothing; no one approximates the joy I feel when I think of your love.
