Here’s a recipe online That claims to taste just like Junior’s. I’ve never tried this particular recipe before, so I can not vouch for it, but here’s hoping!

From Junior’s website, “In 1950, Restaurant Founder Harry Rosen and Master Baker Eigel Peterson created and Produced what is now Known as the World’s Most Fabulous Cheesecake. The recipe has been part of the Rosen family for three generations.”
It really is quite good. If you’re ever in NYC, you’ve got to make a trip to Brooklyn for Junior’s cheesecake!
