Egg Fried Rice is easy to prepare and tastes great as a meal alone. For best results, make sure the rice is cooked and cooled in advance, so it does not stick during frying.

o make this recipe:
Take one egg, then take 2 teaspoon sesame oil, take 2 tablespoon vegetable oil. Take long grain rice about 200 grams, cooked them and left to go cold. Then take some frozen peas, deforest them. To deforest it rinse under tap water. After that take four onions and chopped them equally. Have some bean sprouts about 100 grams which is optional. Take 1 or 2 teaspoon of soya sauce and last but not the least take some white pepper.
The following method is used to make the Egg Fried Rice.
- First mix rice and sesame oil together and put it on one side separately.
- Then heat up the vegetable oil in a large frying pan. When the oil started shimmering and starts giving smokes then add up rice and fry them until it will brown. So, brown them for 3 to 4 mins.
- Then add bean sprout, peas and onions in the same pan. Stir the rice continuously for 3 mins with all the things. Then add soya sauce and pepper in it and take them all the things on one side of the pan. Put the mix egg on the other side of the pan then leave it for 10 mins so it will set in the pan. Then, use a chopstick and swirl the egg in order t break it and then mix the egg with the rice. Cook for 1 min and then serve it in a big decorated dish.
