Dry Fruits
People use dry fruits as much as their daily diet its not bad but some dry fruits are very common like nuts and kids like to eat them without any limit, that would be very bad for them because they need balanced diet but dry fruits are highly fibered.
Dry fruits can been used in different kinds of baked goods, salads, sauces, trail mixes, hot cereals, muffins, scones, fruit cakes and homemade ice cream. Dried fruit can be eaten right out of the bas as a convenient and healthy snack. Mix with granola and almonds or in a trail mix.. Citrus Fruits production by Israel’s increases much in 2009 as by 6% as compared to the previous year’s growing season, the Central Bureau of Statistics said Thursday.
Some 568,000 tons of fruit were produced on 29,700 dunams of land. Forty eight percent of Israeli orchards produced citrus fruits in 2009, the CBS said.
