Be Careful About Your Health:We do not generally realize the importance of our health. But we get a cut on our finger or any other part of our body, we suffer. We feel uncomfortable when we have a headache. We should therefore, take good care of our health. We can do this if we know a little about our body and its needs.
Our body needs proper food and exercise. Our diet should be balanced. Walking is the best exercise for a longer life. Every part of our body moves and we take enough oxygen for the day. But some people do not like to walk like me. They prefer to ride. We must walk in a day minimum 1-2 miles away. Don’t use ride always. It will become you a lazy and passive person. So make a walk of your daily routine not so long but a little while must.
Our teeth and eyes also need proper care. Most of us do not take care of our teeth and eyes. We read in dim light while lying in bed. We must avoid doing so otherwise our eyesight will become weak. If we take care of our health we would live long and lead a healthier life.
To keep our body healthy and active we must take care of our health through proper diet, proper exercise and proper sleeping. Sleeping is very essential and important issue of the life. If we do not take proper rest and take a sleep from 6-8 hours a day our health will be damage. We become uneasy and disturbance during the day. We don’t do our work in proper channel and feel stress all the day. So that takes a complete sleep and become a healthy and happy person.
